Job Description:
1.Updating the JD’s on Job portals.
2. Short listing resumes from Job Portals and Internal Portal.
3. Taking telephonic interviews of shortlisted resumes and scheduling
the shortlisted candidates for the interview with the client.
4. Communication with clients for recruitment as and when required.
5. Maintaining and updating daily report.
6. Follow up with candidates till the candidates is offered and joined.
7. Maintaining the MIS report.
