We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Manager Brand Marketing to lead and execute marketing initiatives in the export industry for our client company.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international marketing, brand development, and market expansion within the tea or food export industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage branding, packaging, and labeling of all tea products
Work closely with the tea buying team to ensure product quality matches brand standards
Coordinate with the export team to meet international customer requirements
Identify new markets and business opportunities for company products
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
Ensure consistency of brand image across all materials and platforms
Maintain relationships with international buyers, distributors, and partners
Prepare regular reports on brand performance and market feedback
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing / Branding within the export tea or food industry is a must.
Strong understanding of international markets, export procedures, and compliance requirements
Proven track record in brand building and market expansion
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
