Showroom Coordinator

Responsibilities & Requirements
– Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom, ensuring they feel welcome
and comfortable.
– Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the
appropriate Customer care division.
– Provide timely and clear communication with customers and team members.
– Transfer leads generated from the showroom to the CRM team for follow-up.
– Handle daily collection of payments and hand over to the finance department.
– Coordinate with relevant parties for any repairs required on showroom samples.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
– Previous experience in a customer service or showroom environment is an advantage.
– Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
– Candidate age between 22-35 years, Prefer in Negombo district
– Female candidate
Salary – Rs. 40,000.00-50,000/-(Negotiable)
