Executive /Senior Executive Engineer Maintenance

Key job functions:
« Ensure hands on approach in diagnosing/ troubleshooting and implement tong term solutions.
+ Trouble shooting on process machinery such as – STERILIZERS, SPRAY DRYERS, PUMPS, LIQUID FILLERS etc.
« Ensure execution of effective PMS to improve plant availability in order to achieve stringent production targets.
« Management of spare part for the process machines.
* Training / skill building of the team.
« Optimize the plant availability.
« Plan, develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
+ Exposure to equipment upgrading and commissioning.
The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites.
« A degree in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering from a recognized University.
« Minimum 3-5 years’ hands on work Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in Diary/ Coconut Processing /Food Industries.
« Result oriented, Self-motivated team player.
Salary package: LKR 130K – 160K (Negotiable)
