Knowledge & Skills:
– Follow up on new styles and provide necessary information to factory teams to ensure smooth production flow
– Follow up on production and coordinate fabric and garment testing to ensure quality standards
– Responsible for ordering threads, packing items, and coordinating print embellishments
– Perform any other duties within the job scope as well as organizational needs requested by the Management
Educational Requirements:
– Degree and/or a professional qualification in Business Management, Marketing or CIM
– Knowledge of tech packs and customer requirements
– Knowledge of market trends and customer quality expectations
– Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
– Strong communication and networking skills
–Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
– Salary 120K-150K (Negotiable)
