We are on the lookout for an Implementation Manager for our well reputed client company.
The Implementation Manager plays a leading, coordinating, and supporting role in managing technical solutions within the network implementation organization. The role ensures efficient planning, execution, supervision, and delivery of BTS and Transmission (TN) implementation activities in line with project, customer, and contractual requirements.
Requirement
BSc or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Communications Engineering.
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in telecommunications systems.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in network rollout and Radio/Transmission deployment.
Solid practical experience and end-to-end understanding of RBS, Node B, and Transmission deployment
Strong knowledge of 2G, 4G and 5G procedures and protocols.
Hands-on experience with RAN products (2G/4G/5G).
Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems using established methods and tools.
Knowledge of sourcing and supply processes.
Understanding of RAN building regulations and local laws.
Proficient in IS/IT tools and MS Word, Excel, and Visio.
Willingness to work extended hours when required.
High integrity, proactive mindset, and results-oriented approach.
Understanding of customer KPIs, targets, and performance metrics.
Ability to identify and implement cost-efficient solutions.
