Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Executive to join our service center team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless service delivery, excellent customer experience, and efficient coordination with technicians and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center.
Register service requests, prepare job cards, and coordinate with technicians for timely service completion.
Clearly explain service details, cost estimates, and timelines to customers.
Follow up with customers during and after service to ensure satisfaction.
Liaise with the spare parts department to ensure availability of required parts.
Assist in warranty claim processing and maintain accurate service documentation.
Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues to the Service Manager when necessary.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and invoices.
Support execution of service campaigns, recalls, and preventive maintenance drives.
Ensure adherence to company standards of quality, safety, and customer care at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
HND in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
1–2 years of experience in automotive after-sales/service operations (freshers with strong interest in the EV/automobile sector may be considered).
Strong knowledge of vehicle service processes; exposure to EV technology is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
Strong team player with a customer-first mindset.
