Production Supervisor (Organic)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Supervise factory workers and manage daily production activities.
– Ensure products are dispatched on time according to delivery schedules.
– Monitor production processes and improve efficiency where possible.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
– Assist with audits, inspections, and organic certification requirements.
– Maintain proper production and traceability records.
REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum qualification: Successfully passed the G.C.E. (A/L) examination.
– Minimum 6 months’ experience in organic production or organic operations (mandatory).
– Basic knowledge of organic standards (EU, USDA, or local certifications) is an advantage.
– Good communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
