JOB PROFILE
– Performs planning, organizing and action* laboratory operations and execution
– Needs to be able to lead. train and guide laboratory staff to optimize performance
– Administer laboratory operations to assure quality and compliance in line with Good Laboratory Practices
– Ensure customer centricity. administrative efficiency and effective cost management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
– Experience of more than 6 years in SMLT/MLT Grades
– Shall be SLMC registered
– Sound technical and commercial acumen
– Should be conversant with MS Office packages
– Should have sound interpersonal and communication skills, with good attention to detail
