We are looking for experienced, energetic self-motivated individuals who meet the
following requirements to join our factories. There is a vacancy for the above position
at Galle Plant for immediate engagement depending on the competencies of the suitable candidates who look for a career with us.
Responsibilities
. Responsible for HRIS related operations
– Handle onboarding process of ail new employees
– Generate system report letters and other HR related documents
– Set up Key performance Indicators of in the SBU
– Identify training needs of each levels of employees and coordinate the training facilities
resources
– Responsible for employees attendance / payroll and other admin functions of the SBU
– Professional qualifications in HRM
– Experience in working with HRIS (MIHCM, PeopleHum, Cemex, BetterHR)
– Experience as an HR Assistant in a manufacturing industry would be an advantage
– Having a good relationships
– Age below 30
