Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– Professional qualifications in CA /ACCA /CIMA qualified.
– Selected candidate ability yo migrate Tanzania .
– Aminimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real
estate or property development industry.
– Strong understanding of accounting principies and financial reporting
standards.
– Proficiency in accounting software (e.g, QuickBooks, Yardi) and advanced
farses
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– High level of integrity and ethical standards.
