We are looking for some promising finance candidates to be placed in Tanzania with a property/real estate development cum management company.
Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
– Professional Qualification in CA /CIMA /CMA.
– Selected candidates ability to migrate Tanzania.
– A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
– Proven track record of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
– Strong understanding of real estate finance, investment analysis, and risk management.
– Excellent leadership and team management skills.
– Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– High level of integrity and ethical standards.
