We are on the lookout for a Recovery Officer for our client company.
Location – Rathmalana
RESPONSIBILITIES
Field visits and investigations in order to recover ageing outstanding
Maintain accurate records about the customer payments status
Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payments and action for speedy
Should showcase a strong work ethics and express a high level of commitment
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Field Job, should be willing to travel extensively.
Should possess a G.C.E A/L qualification.
Strong communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil would be an added advantage)
Prior work experience in recovery related position will be an added advantage.
Should have valid riding license.
Should be proficient with computer, MS Office package in particular.
Outgoing & Friendly personality with good communication & leadership skills.
Self-motivated, Independent worker.
A good team player.
