Samson Rubber Products (Pvt) Ltd, a member of the DSI Samson Group is a foremost manufacturer of Moulded Rubber & Plastic products for domestic & international markets. Our factories are based in Galle, Dompe and Dalugama.
We are looking for experienced, energetic self-motivated Individuals who meet the following requirements to join our factory in Galle. There is a vacancy for the above position for immediate engagement depending on the competencies of the suitable candidates who look for a career with us.
Responsibilities
– Manage and troubleshooting PC/Laptop software and hardware related issues
– Manage updates and patches on the PC/Laptops Install, Configure, and troubleshoot outlook email system
– Manage and update antivirus system
– Monitoring and handling CCTV systems
– Support end user issues timely and manner
– Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, products and maintain support Manage IT inventory up to date with all track records
– Qualified with NVQ 5 or HND – IT Professional qualifications with MCSA and CCNA
– Knowledge in Windows servers, Active directory, and antivirus products
– Knowledge in CCTV system required
– Knowledge in Routes switches (Manageable and unmanageable)
– Minimum 3 years experience in related field
