Founded in 2002, the company produces material handling solid tires, radial agriculture tires, and construction tires. Since 2018, GRI has been advancing in the rapid expansion of its specialty tire production plants and tire compound mixing facilities in Sri Lanka as welt as its operations in key countries. GRI ensures its commitment to sustainability and environmental protection throughout its operations globally.
We are on the lookout for an exceptionally self-motivated and driven individual, with high levels of energy, a deep passion for Talent Development, and above all, the perseverance to win, as an Electrical Engineer at our factory in Badalgama.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Managing the electrical team.
– Conducting the PM and breakdown maintenance, Ensuring the availability of spares.
– Maintaining the backup of software and programs.
– Monitor and analyse the electricity consumption and conduct the energy saving projects
Essential Qualifications / Exposure:
– BSc, NDT, NDES, HNDE Qualification.
– Atleast 5 years in the industrial electrical power and automation field.
– Programming and troubleshooting of PLC and VFO.
– Knowledge of programming Siemens 1200, 1800 series PLC, G120 VFD, SINUMARIC NC, and servo drives
– Preference would be given to the candidate residing close to Badalgama, Negombo, and Divulapitiya areas.
