IT Administrator / Junior IT Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and troubleshoot corporate servers and networks.
• Proactivity ensures high levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Conduct new IT infrastructure implementations according to the corporate needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot corporate backup solutions.
• Monitor corporate firewall.
• Administrating Office 365 Environment.
• Monitor CCTV/ PABX and coordinate with the solution providers to resolve any issues on time.
• Assist corporate users to resolve daily ICT related issues.
Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge
• Minimum one year experience in similar capacity.
• Minimum one-year hands-on experience in VMWare vSphere environment.
• Minimum one-year hands-on experience in Windows Server 2012 or above (including but not limited to AD, DHCP and WSUS).
• Hands on experience in Office 365 Environment (including MS Azure).
• Diploma (or higher qualification) in IT is necessary.
• MCSA/ MCSE/ CCNA/ CCNP certifications are considered as an advantage.
