Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare Tax Returns
• Prepares asset, liability, and other account entries
• Document financial transactions.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounts.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing reports.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Working with the director to maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Secure financial information by keeping accurate records and backups.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• come up with accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policies and regulations.
• Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Level complete
• Professional Accounting Qualification
• Experience in Xero and QuickBooks would be advantageous.
