MEP Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a results-driven MEP Quantity Surveyor for our client company
Responsibilities
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for tenders.
Conduct site measurements and verify sub-contractor progress claims.
Negotiate with suppliers and manage material procurement costs.
Prepare monthly cost reports and variation orders
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying (RICS/IQSSL accreditation preferred).
Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in MEP services.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
