Accounts Executive

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
– A minimum of 2-years’ experience in a similar capacity;
– Fully or partly qualified in AAT, CA, CIMA or ACCA;
– Experience in MS Office packages is a prerequisite;
– Excellent communication skills;
Note: A retired professional with an accounting background who can loin immediately is also acceptable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Preparation of monthly financial statements/ Cash flow etc.;
– Vendor invoicing (enter bills) and prepare payment vouchers and issuing cheques;
– Create and update expense reports;
– Working with journals, ledgers and spreadsheets;
– Prepare bank deposits and enter financial transactions into internal databases;
