Candidate Profile
– Ability to take responsibility for the work carried out in the department.
– Maintain high level of accuracy and consistency of the duties performed.
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
– Be a task-oriented person, who has the capacity to work beyond standard working hours complete responsibilities.
– Possess self-discipline to adhere with company leave policy.
– Ability to maintain standards, discipline in the department.
– An energetic personality who can carryout banking activities and other similar duties.
– Ability to Initiate and follow up on related matters.
– Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with all information and correspondence.
– In the age group of 25 to 35 years.
Education and Qualifications
– Should possess preliminary qualifications, AAT or ICASL.
– Above average knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Email.
– Ability to work on an ERP system is a pre-requisite.
– Possess minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
– Have good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
