Job Responsibilities
– Enter financial data into accounting software and databases.
– Ensure timely and precise recording of transactions, including invoices, payments, and general journals.
– Ensure accuracy in payment amounts and adhere to payment timelines.
– Coordinate with banks regarding daily queries, cheque clearances, bank draft collections, deposits and withdrawals.
– Draft financial reports when required.
– Utilize accounting software and tools to extract, analyze, and present data in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications:
– Completed A/Ls in business or commerce stream.
– Partly qualified in AAT, CIMA, ACCA or CA.
– Skilled in interpersonal communications, leadership, delegation, collaboration, critical-thinking, analytical, and problem solving.
– Must have working knowledge in MS Office technology tools.
– Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and the local language.
– Must have the ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality at work.
