Currently a Vacancy has emerged in our Operations Division for the post of Branch Operations Officer.
Branch Operations Officer (Akkaraipattu, Anuradhapura, Kalmunai, Kandana, Mahiyangana, Nelliady, Rikillagaskada)
The Person : Energetic youngsters between 20-30 years of age and ideally be permanent residents of the above mentioned areas.
Job Description : Handling all aspects of issuing policies. customer service. handling claims and finance in connection with life insurance.
Qualifications : Passes in GCE O/L (credit passes in Mathematics and English) and GCE A/L in Bio Science/Maths/Commerce stream or be a member/passed finalist of the Association of Accounting Technicians of SL (AAT) or equivalent professional qualifications. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English/Sinhala and Tamil.
Sufficient computer literacy is essential. Qualification in life insurance or experience in a similar capacity would be a definite advantage.
