Job Profile
– Handling billing and collection process and preparing daily summaries
– Prepare bank reconciliations and manage stocks
– Handling front office operations and managing customers
– Handling petty cash process
– Entering daily operation to the accounting package and preparing accounting summaries
– Pass journal entries and handling of other accounting functions
Candidate Profile
– Partly qualify in ICASL or AAT
– Pass G.C.E A/C in the commerce scheme
– Sound knowledge in MS office package and 1-2 years experience in handling computerized accounting
systems/ sales operations in a small-scale organization
– Go-getter with the ability to complete challenges entrusted to her/him with integrity
– Team player with strong inter-personnel skills
– Age between below 30
