Job Summary
The Showroom Manager is responsible for the overall operations, sales performance, and customer experience of the showroom. The role involves managing staff, driving sales targets, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning
Achieve sales targets and maximize showroom profitability
Lead, coach, and motivate sales and showroom staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
Maintain visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and coordinate with warehouse teams
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Implement promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities
Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Prior experience as a Showroom Manager or Store Manager preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and inventory management tools
