Sales Manager – Solar

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the solar sales team, driving business growth and expanding our client base.
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
– Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the solar energy sector.
– Collaborate with sternal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and after-sales services.
– Monitor sales performance, prepare reports. and present to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Diploma in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales. with at least 2 years in the solar or renewable energy sector
– Strong understanding of solar energy products and services.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent leadership. communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as past of a team.
