Head of Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver outstanding performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to drive growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adapt strategies.
Oversee branding, advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing company with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of local markets (Kegalle and surrounding regions).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in digital marketing and modern sales tools will be an added advantage.
