Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
– Oversee freight forwarding, NVOCC, logistics, and shipping agency Operations.
– Manage partner networks and maintain global logistics relationships.
– Lead and guide operational teams to ensure efficiency and high performance.
– Utilize in-house fleet to deliver full logistics solutions.
– Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
– Represent the company in negotiations, forums, and client discussions.
– Align company goals with the broader vision of the Group.
The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites:
– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
– 10+ years in shipping/logistics with 5+ years in senior management.
– Strong understanding of freight forwarding, NVOCC, ship agency services.
– Proven leadership and business development capabilities.
– Experience with global freight networks and partnerships.
– Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations.
