Job Description:
• Plan, perform and manage monthly and yearly audit field work
• Engage in branch/ field visits as per the audit plan
• Meet the given deadlines
• Manage, monitor and follow-up the communicated results
• Foster the professional growth of others through coaching
• Support the improvement of internal audit activity through supervision of work
• Assist on the development of Annual Risk Based Audit Plan
Eligibility:
• Part qualification in accounting/ finance/ auditing
• Ideal candidate should be below 30 years
• Ability to work in a computer based environment with minimum supervision • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Knowledge on IRS’s would be advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar capacity for Executive Grade
• Outgoing personality with report writing skills and good command of Sinhala and English
