Main responsibilities:
Work with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft applications
Produce high-quality marketing material for print and digital endpoints. Material would include the following:
Marketing material such as brochures and flyers
Advertisements for print publications, mobile applications and websites
Digital material such as web banners, animated banner ads, icons and backgrounds
Product material such as factsheets, fund profiles, pitch books and presentations
Event material such as banners, stall or stand artwork and agenda documents
Long-form material such as white papers, handbooks and e-books
Format PDF, Word and PowerPoint documents based on templates provided
Design infographics, graphics and thumbnails based on concepts and context of content provided
Source banner images and icons based on different themes related to the financial sector
Edit and update material based on regional, compliance and marketing requirements
Ensure material is exported to the appropriate web and print specifications, considering aspects such as bleeds, trim, registration marks and ink levels
Ensure material complies with client requirements specifically, and brand and design guidelines in general
Update and format tables and charts on templates based on data sources provided
Ensure accessibility and availability of artwork by maintaining a repository and version control
Build prototypes of interactions and animations for web, email, video and social media
Support video/podcast production
Required background
A graduate in multimedia, design or a related field
Over 2 years of experience in graphic design, animations, video production and user experience design (UI/UX) in a corporate environment
In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to independently understand client requirements and comply with brand guidelines
A good understanding of web and print exporting, publishing requirements and behaviours of digital platforms
Excellent language skills in both written and spoken English
Experience in working with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma and Sketch will be an advantage
Knowledge of/interest in capital markets, funds and asset management will be an advantage
