Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
– Responsible for overseeing overall functioning of the hotel.
– Maintaining day to day operational running of the hotel.
– Coordinating all functions and activities and personally involved in promoting the hotel.
– Implementing in-house marketing activities.
– Maintaining compliance with laws and hotel guidelines.
– Ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees.
– Assisting in developing a strategic plan, marketing plan, budget, and goals.
– Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in hotel sector.
– Degree or Diploma in hotel/hospitality Management or any other equivalent qualification in the hotel/hospitality field.
– People management skills.
– Excellent Attention to detail.
– Ability to execute and to follow through on projects.
