Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years experience in admin related field.
– Previous hotel/group reservation experience will be a definitive advantage.
– Sound knowledge on hotel reservation systems.
– Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
– The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
– An advance knowledge on social media (FB,Insta,Tiktok, Youtube) will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
– Handling all reservation inquiries whilst maintaining a good relationship with travel agents and customers.
– Manage and maintain accurate information in the reservation system.
– Ensuring guest requirements are met by liaising with the hotel team.
– Ensuring an efficient and professional service on all guest communication channels.
– Actively sell hotel facilities and promotions with a positive upselling approach.
– Updating reservation reports and system with accurate information.
– Assist to admin related tasks .
