Assistant Accountant

We seek an outstanding and energetic professional with high level of dedication and competence to take over responsibilities of the above position.
Responsibilities
– Maintain accurate and up-to-dam financial records using accounting software.
– Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,
and general ledger entries.
– Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries on o regular basis.
– Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
– Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. . Monitor budget variances and provide
explanations for any deviations. . Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in
financial records.
– Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
– Ensure compliance with local, state, and financial regulations.
– Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and implement necessary adjustments.
– Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
– Provide recommendations for process improvements based on analysis.
Qualifications
– More than 3 years experience in same position
– Sound knowledge in Myob system
– Experience in tourism fild will be added qualification
– Graduated in Accounting and Part qualification of AC/ACCA/CIMA/CMA
– Good interpersonal skills , self -motivation, work under minimum supervision.
