Job Details:

– Meeting DPCs {Domestic Property Consultants} and corporate clients and Maintain a good and continuous follow- up with all.
– Building channel where there is a scope for business development.
– Will be involved in independently generating sales lead, Sales reports, sales analysis and sales efforts.
– Responsible for telecalling activity to all DPCs from Database as well as Architects.
– Developers, Corporate clientele, CA and Law firms etc.
– Responsible for maintaining a good and continuous follow- up with the DPCs, Corporate clientele etc.
– Building Leads through telecalling and any other specific channel assign to individual.
– Responsible for site visit as and when required.
– Will go for market visit on regular basis.
– Creating Sales databases by using the internet and other directory services.
– Maintaining & upgrading the DATABASE of client’s information.
– Responsible for maintaining DAR and various sales MIS on daily basis.
– Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

Candidate Profile:

– Only Female candidates are required.
– Target Industry : Media sales , telecom, Banks, FMCG, Automobile, Wealth Mgt, Insurance, Event Mgt, Travel company and Training institute.
– Experience : 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development at corporate level.
– Reporting to : Manager – Sales and Business Development.
– Concept Selling.
– Marketing Intellect and Aptitude.
– Excellent written and verbal communication ss.
– Good selling ss and ability to valuable and feasible marketing strategy.
– Strong negotiation ss.
– High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation.
– Good interpersonal ss.
– Work Timings : 9 -6.
– Working Days : 6days { 2 and 4 Saturdays off}.
