Team Leader Call Center

One of the leading Service Oriented company is looking for a Team Leader to handle calls from clients and provide support to them in any way possible.
Requirements:
Diploma level or related qualifications preferably CIM, SLIM or HR related.,
At least 5 years’ experience with communicating with global companies and providing in person and phone support if required in similar position.
Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment / software programs.,
Should be able to in-charge of the day to day call center work
Managing escalations and ensuring any issues and resolved in timely manner
Should be an excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Should have good presentations skills
Team player with strong customer relationship skills.
