Head of Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct comprehensive audits of all Group of company processes, and operations
– Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement
– Develop audit plans and strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and
company policies
– Prepare detailed audit reports
– Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations and drive
process improvements
Key Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CA or equivalent
– Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification preferred
– Proven Senior Managerial experience in internal audit, risk management or a related field,
preferably at FMCG or Food & Beverage or Manufacturing Company
– Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices, as well as a solid
understanding of financial and operational processes.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess risks, and develop effective control strategies.
– Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines in Sri Lanka.
