Executive /Senior Executive Engineer Maintenance

Key job functions:
– Ensure hands on approach in diagnosing/ troubleshooting and implement long term
solutions.
– Trouble shooting on process machinery such as – STERILIZERS, SPRAY DRYERS, PUMPS,
LIQUID FILLERS etc.
– Ensure execution of effective PMS to improve pliant availability in order to achieve
stringent production targets.
– Management of spare part for the process machines.
– Training / skill building of the team.
– Optimize the plant availability.
– Plan, develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
– Exposure to equipment upgrading and commissioning.
The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites.
– A degree in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering from a recognized
University.
– Minimum 3-5 years’ hands on work Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in Diary/
Coconut Processing /Food Industries.
– Result oriented, Self-motivated team player.
Salary package: LKR 130K – 160K (Negotiable)
