Customer Relationship Executive (Female)

– Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
– Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
Key Requirements:
-=Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role (experience in freight
– forwarding/import-related fields is an added advantage}.
– Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is compulsory.
– Ability to multitask and handle stress efficiently.
– Strong professional demeanor to engage with a diverse range of customers.
Salary : LKR 45,000.00 – LKR 60,000.00
