We are interested in perusing research activities with a view to engage in commercial activities of biofuel generation from Algae. We are looking for a suitably qualified person who can carry out such research activities that can possible lead to a viable commercial project.
Specialist in Algae
– Knowledge of the various types of Algae and a good general knowledge of its possible commercial applications.
– Experience of past research activities or the ability to carry out research in connection with biofuel generation from Algae.
– Knowledge and experience in tissue culture and genetic engineering of Algae would an added advantage
– Knowledge and experience of the latest production methods and the different strains of algae.
This would also be a good opportunity for overseas candidates who are interested in working in Sri Lanka or those who may be interested in taking it up as a project based assignment that can be carried out from overseas with a certain level of interaction in Sri Lanka.
