The Profile:
Lead customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by designing and implementing strategic sales plans and keep the Company competitive and innovative whilst ensuring its strong presence. Maximize the potential of sales team through crafting sales plans, setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring.
The Person:
Good track record in secondary education with professiona! qualifications in sales/marketing management with at least 4 years experience in Area/Dealer Sales Management preferable in hardware industry.
Excellent track record/PR of building new business/customer portfolio with a proven ability to lead o team.
Potential to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines at different levels within the organization. Preferably around 40 years of age.
