Manager – Accounts & Finance

Requirements:
– The ideal candidate should be a member of ICASL/CIMA/CMA with minimum of 5 years’ experience.
– Should have experience in financial reporting including the timely preparation of management accounts, taxation, financial management and statutory compliance.
– The ability to display leadership qualities coupled with good communication skills (English and Sinhala) and be an integral part of the senior management team, focusing on the achievement of the company’s goals.
– Experienced in managing a team of finance staff and liaise with external stakeholders such as banks/ auditors/ tax authorities and Labor Department.
– Hands-on experience in accounting packages such as QuickBooks.
– Ability to handle multiple clients, while reviewing and providing recommendations to client payroll and all statutory payments.
– The ideal candidate should be less than 45 years.
