We are on the lookout for Showroom Manager for our well reputed Client Company
Locations: Kesbawa/ Ja-ela/ Negombo/ Malabe/ Kandy- Mulgampola
Salary Range: between Rs 60,000/- to Rs 90,000/- (depend on experience)
The selected candidate will be responsible to overseeing and enhancing the performance of company showrooms throughout the island. The duties involve managing sales and inventory, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supervising and leading the showroom team.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the showroom’s overall performance; setting sales targets, in-store merchandising, market development activities, and customer service.
• Be responsible for managing inventories, cash, and sales proceeds.
• Motivate the showroom sales team as the leader to meet targets at appropriate times. Competencies and Requirement
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Store Management and Merchandising.
• Age below 40 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Management
• A dynamic and result oriented individual.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
