We are on the lookout for an Executive Operations for our well reputed for our well reputed client company.
Location – Colombo
Responsibilities:
Generate and analyze sales and stock reports
Perform financial reviews and analysis
Perform other research and analysis as and when required
Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media in a timely and professional manner
Perform monthly competitor analysis
Collaborate with the team on devising and implementing strategies to promote the brand
Perform operational tasks in sales and customer care as required
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English is a must
Fresh Graduate, with excellent communication skills in English and Proficient in Microsoft office & using social media platforms
Ability to work well under pressure whilst prioritizing workloads and meeting deadlines
Full-Time Commitment: Candidate must be prepared to commit to a full-time position, requiring attendance at the workplace for 5.5 days per week.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft office & using social media platforms
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player
