Qualifications
– Minimum two years’ experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Within the Travel & and Tour industry is a definite advantage
– Passed GCE A/L, Professional qualification in marketing would be an added advantage
– Excellent communication skills in English; multilingualism is a plus
– Outgoing personality with presentation skills
– Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
– Fast learner with passion for sales
Responsibilities
– Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate
customer needs.
– Actively seek out new sales opportunities through sales visits and social
media.
– Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and
concerns.
– Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
– Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with teams
– Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
– Build and maintain professional networks with potential clients to determine their need
