Join Our Finance Team as an Accounts Executive!

Position Available: Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Efficient processing of payments.
2. Management of petty cash float and meticulous updates to the petty cash book.
3. Entry of petty cash and other journal entries into the Quick Books system.
4. Diligent attention to monthly P&L and General Audit Matters.
5. Preparation of costing and essential Management Reports.
6. Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
7. Willingness to take on any other duties allocated by the Management.
Desired Qualifications:
1. AAT fully or partly Qualified or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience in working with QuickBooks and proficiency in other Accounting systems.
3. Strong competency in MS Office Packages, especially Excel.
4. Team player with excellent communication skills.
5. Male Candidates Only.
