Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement product promotion strategies to maximize market reach.
Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Create engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials and content.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors.
Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of promotional activities.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
Proven experience in product promotion, sales, or marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative promotional ideas.
Good organizational and event management skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
