Technician – Water Purifier

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. The role involves servicing and maintaining water purifiers to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and maintain water purifiers at client locations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve technical issues.
Replace filters, parts, and components as required.
Perform water quality checks and ensure systems meet safety standards.
Maintain accurate service records and submit timely reports.
Provide customers with guidance on proper usage and maintenance of equipment.
Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
Required Qualifications:
GCE O/L.
NVQ qualification (additional).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in a similar technical or service role.
Working Location:
Bambalapitiya – Field work.
Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
