Candidates should:
Be under 35 years of age
Have a Degree or other tertiary qualifications in Logistics / Supply chain Management from a reputed institute
Have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar capacity

Job Description:
Managing overseas principals by communicating with them via emails to place orders and follow up on deliveries.
Tracking shipments from the time of pick up from the factory until the goods are received at the DMS stores while liaising with freight forwarders and clearing agents.
Ensuring the availability of sufficient spare parts by ordering the correct quantities of spare parts for the main store of DMS and Island wide Regional Centers by monitoring reorder levels, monthly consumption of spare parts and age analysis reported in the Inventory Management System.
Arrange the stores to improve efficiency in issuing spare parts to field operations.
Managing dispatch and return of spare parts to Regional Service Centers via local courier services.
Liaise with DMS Holdings Finance Department on payments to the suppliers
