Senior Finance / Accounts Executive

Role and Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the overall financial operations of the company.
– Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
– Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
– Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
– Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
– Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
– Handle tax planning, compliance, and filing of statutory returns.
– Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
– Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
– Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications Required:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Professional qualification such as CA, AAT, or equivalent.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience
– In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– High level of integrity and attention to detail.
