Senior Production Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to achieve operational excellence.
– Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets in quality, cost, and delivery.
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality assurance, and food safety standards.
– Improve production efficiency through process improvements, lean initiatives, and best practices.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Safety.
– Monitor KPls and prepare regular operational performance reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
– Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline) or equivalent.
– Proven experience in a production/operations management role; experience in FMCG manufacturing/Food & Beverages is a strong advantage.
– Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Knowledge of food safety systems (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP) is beneficial.
