IT Officer

Responsibilities:
– Basic server maintenance.
– Collaborating closely with the System Administrator on server and networking projects, as well as resolving issues.
– Assisting with the integration and implementation of various technical updates for computer systems.
– Installing new IT equipment and software.
– Offering both face-to-face and remote IT support.
– Managing and troubleshooting issues with CCTV cameras and systems.
– Providing technical support and guidance to staff members.
Key Requirements
– Male candidates with age below 30 years preferred.
– A minimum 2 years of experience working in an IT support role.
– Literacy in computer systems and technology.
– Experience in supporting Windows programs, Active Directory, router and switch administration, and software/hardware installation and configuration.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
– Computer science certification or equivalent qualification.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Experience in the Hospitality industry is a plus.
